- If my school is not a subscriber of ET-Education’s services, can my schoolmates and I subscribe together to get a discount?
We are glad to offer a special discount if a group of at least 10 learners subscribe together. Please call our hotline on 8100 0249, or email us at email@example.com
- How do I receive my subscription confirmation?
A confirmation notice and an activation code will be emailed to you within three working days once your payment has been confirmed. Please note that you MUST provide a valid email address in order for us to deliver the information to you.

- I have already subscribed to ET-Education’s services. Why can't I access the materials?
You need to activate your account before you can access the materials. After logging in, click 'My Account’ under your username on the top right hand corner. Then go to ‘Activate Account' on the left menu bar and enter the activation code to activate your account.
- How can I activate my account?
To activate your account, you should be a member of ET-Education. If you are not a member yet, please follow the steps below:
1) Click 'Registration' under the login box.
2) Fill in the information in the required fields, then click 'Done'.
To activate your account, click 'My Account’ under your username on the top right hand corner after logging in. Then go to ‘Activate Account' on the left menu bar and enter the activation code to activate your account.
- Can I share an account with others?
No. Accounts and/or activation codes are not transferable. It is not advisable to authorise any third party to use your username and password as your account contains private information. Also, sharing an account means you cannot benefit from the features of ET-Education that keep track of personal performance, achievement and progress.
- What should I do if I forget my password?
If you have forgotten your password, click 'Forget password?' under the login box and then enter your username or email address. We will email the password to you. Please make sure that you enter the email address that is associated with your ET-Education account.
- How can I change my password?
To change your password, go to My Account and select 'Password'.
